The Portland Winter Light Festival is back for its seventh year, from February 4-12, 2022. It is returning as a decentralized citywide event in the same fashion as the 2021 festival. Pop-up art in windows, businesses, and unusual spaces, encourage residents of Portland to explore the city in new and fun ways. Pop-ups will be interspersed around large, dynamic art installations that anchor the 5 zones that will be decorated.
