The First Thursday Street Gallery is an open air gallery in the Pearl District that runs on the first Thursday of each month from April to October. City blocks are closed off in NW Portland on 13th street between Hoyt and Kearney. The event is from 5 to 9 PM. The gallery showcases original, hand-made artwork by local area artists.
